	Chris Hunter Chris joined CPL from Masons Property Advisors in the City where he had been responsible for credit control, rent reviews, the review of tenants company accounts and providing planning advice to his clientele. Masons is a multi-disciplined practice, providing a comprehensive range of commercial advice to all sectors of the market. His knowledge of the issues relating to occupancy of properties has been of tremendous benefit to some of CPL’s Utility clients in resolving overdue accounts owed by debtors working in this sector. His previous background includes some years as a Management Surveyor for LaSalle Investment Management, one of the leading Property development, management and factoring services in the UK. He had specific responsibility for the commercial fund management of a significant HSBC fund together with credit management, rent review and personnel management duties. Chris is 37, married and living in Farnham, Surrey. He has a Business & Finance HND and holds a BSC[Hons] from the South Bank University, London.
