	David Stammers David is one of CPL's debt collection managers specialising in commercial utility debt. He achieved a BA(Hons) degree at Manchester University and has worked primarily in the pensions industry before joining CPL. A keen sportsman, he enjoys cycling, table tennis, skiing and golf.
