Kevin Still MICM

Kevin is an Honours Graduate in Mathematics & Computer Science at the University of Surrey and a Member of the Institute of Credit Management.

His career has evolved through a gradual and deliberate transition from the disciplines of Information Technology to that of directing and planning Business Development initiatives within the E-Commerce, Credit Granting and Financial Services industries both as a General Manager and senior consultant.

A regular industry speaker and media commentator, including expert roles with Debt Management Today, IVA.co.uk and Credit Today magazine.

He has worked in high profile roles within the credit granting, receivables management, debt management, software, on-line services and financial services industries across Europe:

He is a former director of the Credit Industry Fraud Avoidance Scheme (CIFAS) and Registry Trust Ltd, the UK clearinghouse for County Court Judgments

Kevin has had extensive experience with:
  • General management, strategic planning (at three large stock-market listed companies), mergers & acquisitions (ten plus), business development, sales & marketing, IT and customer service fulfilment.
  • E-commerce/E-business solutions and has established a number of initiatives and partnerships with leading providers.
  • Developing Group-wide marketing campaigns to support "go-to-market" strategies, at a European, vertical market and line-of-business level.
  • Establishing industry-based collaboration schemes to improve risk-based decisions and improve customer care (covering: banking, communications, finance, insurance, legal, trade credit and retail sectors).
  • Understanding and presenting complex concepts to customers to deliver competitive advantage and rapid return on investment.
  • Large corporate clients as well as the SME sector, across a wide range of vertical markets, nineteen European countries and the United States.
