TERMS AND CONDITIONS From time to time we will make a search of a credit reference agency, for the purpose of assessing your credit standing. The agency will keep a record of that search. In signing this application you authorise us to carry out credit searches against both the company and/or it's directors/partners/proprietor.
Please note that our terms of trade are 14 days from invoice date. If for any reason an invoice is unpaid at the expiry of the credit period then we reserve the rights to:
- Claim immediate payment of all invoices rendered including those within the credit period
- To claim immediate payment for all work done but not billed
- To exercise a lien over any money, property or goods held by us
- To claim compensation and interest under The Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998 Terminate or suspend further services to you
