The Institute of Credit Management: The ICM is the professional body representing the interests of people in all sectors of credit management. Trevor Phillips spent 26 years as a member of the Board and rose through Branch Chairmanship to Treasurer, Vice-Chairman, Chairman and subsequently Vice President. The ICM publication, Credit Management, is the foremost journal for the credit industry.
