The CPL Corporate Turnaround Process:

The First stage is for CPL's experts to assess the situation, and on the basis of that assessment, to form the outline strategy and tactics for solving the problems. This review stage is free of charge, and will enable all parties to know the extent of work involved, and to agree the fee basis for the subsequent stages.
In all cases, CPL's client will be the company, its directors and shareholders. CPL will seek to find the best route forward for all the parties involved, and will be able to give personal advice to help minimise the impact on the individuals involved.
As with all CPL's projects, discretion and confidentiality are key to our work with clients.
Once the action plan has been agreed with all involved, we move into the implementation of those plans.
