After a couple of days of gusting wind and showers, the clouds cleared over Gatwick for an almost perfect day for abseiling... which meant that an excuse for not doing it was out of the window. The event was held to raise money equally between Mercury FM's charity for local causes and Cancer Research and would see in excess of 120 abseilers descending down the 110ft Hotel. Nine of these brave fools formed the HYDRAQUIP team with many of them doing this for the first time.

The team consisted of Lorraine, Alison, Andy, Chris, Duncan, Steve, Paul, Geoff & Darren.

Well Done to the HYDRAQUIP Team!
