• Supply & fit filter units
• Installation of Radial Micro Filtration units
• Supply oil
• Charge accumulators
• Flush and test system before handover

 

RAF No.23 Squadron The Red Eagles

This involved a complete overhaul on the hydraulic system of an SWACS simulator. A team of Hydraquip engineers working to very tight deadlines supplied and installed steel pipes, hoses, swivels, oil and filters. In addition to the normal workload and deadlines a number of pressure and control pumps required overhauling, this provided additional headaches in sourcing parts for units which were part their best. however the required components were tracked down through on of Hydraquips overseas suppliers and delivered and installed within the given deadlines.

Although Hydraquip engineers are used to working within tight deadlines this particular one had significant importance in light of the events that followed.
