Private Market Fund Placement Somerset Capital's goal in our fund placement practice is to assist outstanding private market managers in raising capital from the international LP market. We differentiate ourselves through our selectivity, our access to a market leading network of family office investors, and our international reach. Some of the elements that attract us to an opportunity include an entrepreneurial team, a proven strategy, market-leading franchises, a niche market, and good alignment of interests. Client selection is on a strictly bottom-up basis. To date, we have acted as international placement agent on twelve completed funds with an aggregate amount of closed commitments of $6bn.
