New Deal Graduate Routeway
Welcome to the New Deal Graduate Routeway Option with Employer Engagement. By now you will have spoken to us and will be anticipating an Initial Assessment with us in the next week or so.
The next few pages outlines what you can expect from us and how things will proceed so you are more aware of how we may be able to help you. If you have not spoken to us then it is important to know that to be eligible for this programme you must be receiving some kind of benefits and on New Deal.
The aims of our scheme
Our scheme has been designed for graduates, who completed there degree a few months ago as well as for those who graduated decades ago and who may even have quite a lot of experience. We also help people who do not have a degree but who are felt to be “high-flyers” by the New Deal Personal Advisors.
The option was developed as it was felt that help was needed for these groups of people who need advice, support and expertise relevant to the types of work they are getting into.
The aim of our scheme is simple; “To help people into work”
At the time of writing we have one of the most successful job outcome rates in the region if not the country! Our success is primarily driven from the learners we have on our programme and getting the best out of them with over 10 years experience of designing a programme specifically for graduates and high flyers.
What happens next?
You will be invited to an Initial Assessment where we will explain what we do in more detail and get a better idea of your needs. Our success with you comes form identifying the obstacles that are preventing you from getting work and helping you manage these obstacles one by one. This will involve finding you relevant work experience, giving you interview practice, improving your CV among many other things.
