Swarovski 8X32 and 10X32 EL
To change between infinity and the shortest distance setting (2.5m on the EL 42 and only 2m on the EL 32) now needs only 1.5 rotations of the focusing wheel. This allows precise focusing at quick speed. The process is now much faster because the thread gradations in the focusing knob have been enlarged.

Improvements to the 32mm EL range include a close focus of just 2m and importantly, less turns of the focus wheel to move from close focus to infinity. However, the most striking reaction is how incredibly light these binoculars feel. Depth of field also seems to be an improvement over the 42mm EL's. Weight is 610gms, field of view 140m at 1000m. Length 138mm and maximum width 114mm. Eye relief is 15mm and suitable for spectacle wearers.

This binocular is also very popular with ladies who don't wish to carry around a heavier full size 42 mm binocular, but still want all the qualities of the bigger binos. The barrell seems to fit the smaller hand perfectly.
