Hollycombe Steam Collection in Liphook - brilliant afternoon out... we (two adults) took 5 kids and it cost £35 . Once
inside everything except ice creams is free. Loads of train rides, steam wagon ride, and fairground rides for all ages. I
estimated the kids had had about 90 rides between them making the entry fee very worth while. It is near Liphook in
Hampshire ( just off the A3). Brilliant day out!
A joy to go back in time and have an unpressured day - Bliss.
A great day out - kids loved it, thanks (Woodford Family, Southampton)
First time but definately not the last (Knight Family, New Malden)
Magical as ever - 3rd season ticket in a row (Ward Family, Alton)

Railway Weekend - 6th-7th June 2009

Dear friends

I would just like to thank all the staff at Hollycombe for their help and enthusiasm on Saturday 6th June, when we visited
with a coach party from the Gravesend Railway Enthusiasts Society of Kent.

The story began with a very understanding and friendly lady at the booking office and ended when we had the obligatory
photograph posing in front of a live traction engine.  In between we enjoyed the railway attractions, the funfair and
the lovely gardens.  We also made use of the cafe, the shop and the toilets and commend you on their cleanliness and
quality.  Our youngest member was seventeen and the oldest was ninety.  The ninety year old was wheel chair bound but
he still wanted to have a ride on the gallopers because he hadn't been on one for eight years!!  Another eighty year old
enjoyed the white knuckle roundabout.  Children enjoyed the haunted house and the swing boats.  Your staff didn't seem
to mind answering our questions and I personally was pleased to see young volunteers of both sexes at Hollycombe.
There is hope for the future.

We have no hesitation in recommending your attraction to our associates and no doubt some will return as individuals or
smaller groups.  Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Kind regards

I was particularly impressed by the way everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to keep you informed of
what would happen next.
