Edward Tijdink
Edward Tijdink is co-Founder and Managing Partner of Addvantage Media and has over 20 years experience in management, marketing and sales. Prior to setting up Addvantage Media Edward was Vice President of International Sales at IDG Global Solutions, where he was instrumental in setting up the Global Digital Department. Prior to his arrival in the UK, Edward held management roles at VNU in his native Holland. Edward introduced the company's mantra of "get on with it", and has ensured customer service is central to everything we do at Addvantage Media.

Harvey Sarjant
Harvey Sarjant, Managing Partner, launched the business with Edward Tijdink in 2001. He has over 20 years experience in the UK internet and advertising industry. Before launching Addvantage Media, Harvey was Sales Director/CEO of Carlton Hyperactive part of Carlton TV and itv.com. Harvey introduced and carefully guards the "no politics" culture within Addvantage Media. Harvey has been instrumental in co-launching IASH, a self regulatory body that oversees the way sales houses trade, and is an active member on the IASH Steering and Technical Committee.
