Les
Hostalets
For several hundred years the peaceful hamlet of Les Hostalets was a staging post between the mountains and the Mediterranean. Tucked away in the foothills of the Pyrenees, it's a wonderful spot for walkers and cyclists with many circular trails starting and finishing at the front door. It's perfect for those wishing to potter in the countryside, relax on the roof terrace and enjoy the occasional jaunt to Spain and the sea. Take a look at a big picture of the village of Les Hostalets. The house sleeps up to four and is one of about a dozen in the hamlet's single street. All have shutters and are built from the same stone. The residents are friendly and mostly bilingual in Catalan and French. There are two double bedrooms (one with double bed the other with twin beds which can combine), a handsome stone-walled living room, a large sunny roof terrace and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen/dining room. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. There are two loos, a ground floor terrace, a washing machine and a television. Linen and towels are provided for £6 per person. |
