How is the funding paid?

When GM Energy provides full management packages, then GM Energy will usually manage the contributions to be made to each party, and provide a full audit trail.

How much paperwork is involved?
GM Energy will prepare all the application forms, and present them to the social housing provider for signature. In most cases the social housing provider will need to confirm the percentage of tenants regarded as a priority group, and that funding has extended the scheme, or enabled extra energy efficiency works to be carried out. As projects progress, G M Energy will handle and process all payment applications/invoices, and manage payments. We also carry out quality assurance and technical monitoring inspections, and provide the project reporting for OFGEM approval.
