PAYMENT

EDITIONED PRINTS

I often don't print an entire edition at the outset. This means there could be printing and drying time required. I will always advise if this is the case when the order is placed.

DELIVERY

I am happy to deliver worldwide. Works on paper are sent rolled in tubes to keep costs down. I use a signed for service. The exact service will depend on where you live.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS

Should your order fail to be delivered due to incorrect address information supplied to me then I am not liable to send a replacement (should one exist). The customer in this instance will need to cover the cost of the replacement shipping.

Should be delivery not happen due to my failings then we will send a replacement if possible free of charge or make a refund.

RETURNS

Hopefully you will like my work, but if you do want to return something then please let me know by e-mail art@rkwilliams.com or call me on +39 0742 781329 prior to returning the artwork.

It is your responsibility to return the artwork to me in good condition and then, upon receipt, I will refund you the cost (less packing and postage charges).
