Safety comes first

We pride ourselves on a superb safety record. We believe this is achieved not only by adhering to all the latest Health and Safety issues, but also by promoting a safety culture throughout the company. We all respect the shared environments that we work in, and regularly commission reviews of our procedures from specialist consultants, thus ensuring we are up to date with all the latest developments and legislation.

Training at Hydratec
A team to be proud of

Our philosophy has always been to provide the highest levels of in-house training for our team members. Not only does this help them achieve the best qualifications, but also boosts morale. Our engineers are all qualified to a minimum of NVQ3 or its equivalent. We also provide an ongoing programme for our trainees to reach NVQ3 levels.

This commitment to training and development means we can offer more individual and shared experience than virtually any other organisation operating in the lift repair industry. Our clients value the know-how offered by our experts. Time and again they trust us not only to undertake their urgent repairs but also to assist with their longer-term challenges.

We know how important it is for our customers to receive accurate, up-to-date information. That’s why we have made a considerable investment to equip every field service engineer with digital pen technology. This ensures a much faster flow of information and keeps us ahead of the competition. We have also fitted all our vehicles with tracking devices, allowing us to provide much more accurate location reports and estimated times of arrival – something our customers have really come to value.
