Cabin Crew Courses

Aviation Courses conducts cabin crew and flight attendant courses on a daily basis to meet the demands of airlines across the world. The training courses delivered for cabin crew are as follows:

Initial/Ab Initio Training
(including aircraft specific training)

This 11 to 14 day course is designed for cabin crew who are new to an operator, and/or who require training that complies with the requirements of JAR-OPS 1, including practical aspects.

The course syllabus is divide into two specific areas – Initial element of training which covers all generic subjects, and Conversion element which covers all subjects relating to a specific aircraft type. Depending on the type of aircraft, the duration of the conversion element will vary

The training consists of classroom based theory training and practical exercises at swimming and fire training facilities, and on either a cabin simulator or actual aircraft.

Conversion Training
(aircraft specific training)

This two to three day course is designed for cabin crew who are new to operating on a specific aircraft type.

The course, which is designed to comply with the requirements of JAR- OPS 1, consists of classroom based theory training and practical exercises on either a cabin simulator or specific aircraft, and at specific facilities.
