GAS SAFE– We are Certified by the Council for
Registered Gas Installers. All gas installations will be
compliant with the current Gas Safety Regulations
and will be self-certified by the Company following
completion of installation work. |

OFTEC – We have been assessed and certified by
the Oil-Fired Technical Association and all operatives
have completed the required technical training
courses. |
|
NICEIC – the Company has been approved by the
National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation
Contracting and is certificated as an Approved
Contractor. All works are undertaken in compliance
with current Wiring Regulations. |

Energy Efficiency – We have been assessed and
recognised by the Energy Savings Trust as an
Energy Efficiency Installer. |
|
LPG – We are an approved CALOR gas heating
installer. |
EA – We have been authorised by the Environment Agency
under the Control of Pollution Act to transport and dispose of
redundant heating equipment and packaging.

HVCA – We are a member of the Heating &
Ventilating Contractors Association who provide a
double guarantee effectively underwriting a two-year
warranty on all domestic installations carried out by
BSW. |

assessment through Quality South-East. |

Q.A. – We are Quality Assured and operate a quality
system which has been accredited as complying
with the standards and guidelines of BS EN ISO
9001:2000. |

CHAS – Our Health & Safety Policy has been
approved through the Contractors Health & Safety
Assessment Scheme. |
|
Constructionline – We have been assessed by the
National Pre-Qualification Service and certified as
meeting the required technical, managerial and
financial standards as laid down by the Construction
Directorate of the DOE. |

ROSPA – We are a member of the Royal Society for
the Prevention of Accidents. |
| We maintain third party Public Liability Insurance cover up to £10,000,000. |
