Kingspan Developments have many years experience in both the Construction and Building Services Sector. The company is one half of the Kingspan group which comprises of both Kingspan Developments and our sister company Kingspan Waste. Combined we have an annual turnover in excess of £13million from our 2 Brighton based sites and office in London.

As we are a fully integrated building services provider, we can deliver and manage contracts whilst ensuring excellent workmanship from the beginning through to the completion and effective handover of works.
Our competent team will allow sufficient time to implement all relevant Health & Safety documentation and ensure Risk Assessment and Method Statements are provided for each contract and are available from the outset.
All of our operatives are Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) accredited to ensure consistent and safe delivery across the board. Health and Safety is our number one priority, and the CSCS accreditation ensures operatives competence and awareness of their Health and Safety responsibilities.
Each of our vehicles is fitted with a tracking device providing real-time Tom Tom GPS vehicle tracking. Fleet tracking is a valuable management tool that allows us to respond to customer needs quicker by deploying our vehicles more efficiently.
Accurate and constant updated door-to-door navigation enables easy planning and allocation of operatives ensuring minimal traveling time.
Since installing the GPS tracking system to our fleet of vehicles we have experienced a dramatic increase in productivity, substantial fuel savings and greatly reduced operating expenses which we directly pass on to our customers.

Planned, Reactive, and Emergency Maintenance
We work on domestic and commercial projects to provide a comprehensive maintenance and repair service. We can provide a complete day-to-day maintenance contract which includes all aspects of building maintenance.
We operate a 24hr emergency service 7 days a week 365 days a year. Emergency calls can be logged and allocated through our dedicated maintenance call centre. Mechanical & Electrical
Our M&E engineers are qualified in all aspects of both domestic and commercial installations and maintenance. As a Gas safe registered company we operate in strict accordance with the recognised governing bodies. Our comprehensive engineering department also undertakes air-conditioning and refrigeration contracts, furthermore our dedicated NALM accredited engineers deal with all aspects of the passenger and goods lift industry.

Plumbing & Drainage
Our drainage department offer a round the clock service utilising our bespoke drainage vehicles to undertake repair works including high pressure jetting and CCTV inspections.

We cover all aspects of roofing including the formation, re-covering and repair to flat and pitched roofs alike. Our lead work specialist has worked on many of London’s most prestigious buildings including Hampton Court Palace and Buckingham Palace.

Building Fabric Pest Proofing
Our years of experience with pest proofing building fabric has enabled us to develop a method of undertaking surveys and inspections to locate potential rodent runs and weak points within the building fabric. Once potential locations are identified our trained team will eliminate weak points using a number of successful tried and tested methods. |
DDA Adaptations

White Lining
Kingspan white lining consists of a wide range of marking solutions to cover all conventional surfaces in thermoplastic screed, spray painted markings or coloured surfacing.
Our thermoplastic markings are high standard external markings ideal for all types of installation.

Speed Restrictors
Controlling traffic flow and reducing drivers speed is essential for road safety. Our speed restrictors create a safer environment by controlling traffic speeds and reducing the risk of accidents whilst allowing emergency vehicles unrestricted access. The traffic calming surface speed cushions are made from sustainable high quality recycled rubber in a low energy process , anchored using stainless steel bolts and polyester resin. |
Manual Gates and Barriers
We can provide parking management solutions and secure entry control systems for all vehicle and pedestrian applications. Our range of car park gates and security barriers can be tailored to the client’s exact requirements by our in-house metal fabrication team and are rigorously tested for safety and reliability.
All gates and barriers can be powder coated to clients preferred colour with all BS Standard RAL colours available. We offer a complete survey, design manufacture and installation service on all gates and barriers. |
Bollards
We can supply and fit bollards in a range of colours and sizes. These are quick and simple to install onto any concrete base, alternatively we can trench out and cast individual concrete pad stone bases. |
Solar Powered Technologies
At Kingspan we believe in creating a clean sustainable future and are committed to using eco-friendly alternatives wherever possible. With the ever increasing cost of energy together with global concern for the environment at an all-time high we are actively working towards reducing carbon emissions contributing to climate change.
Using sustainable resources we are a provider of renewable and energy efficient alternative lighting technologies. We are the sole distributor of our eco-friendly solar powered lighting and flashing beacons. Our solar panels work by processing the suns energy and converting it into usable electricity, thus lowering monthly power bills and overall dependency on the national grid.

Meter-Eye Parking Management
Kingspan supply and install the Meter-Eye Parking Management System which uses a patented infrared detection System (VDS) to monitor the availability of parking spaces within parking facilities. It monitors each drivers stay and signals to the control centre if the parked car has exceeded its allotted time.
The VDS unit detects the presence or absence of a vehicle in a parking space and transmits that information in real time using the free to air RF frequency spectrum to a repeater (Slave) unit which in turn passes it to a digital display sign.
The digital signs, which are available in a variety of display sizes, indicate drivers to the availability of parking spaces at building, floor or aisle level. This dramatically reduces the congestion caused by cars slowing down or stopping to search for vacant parking bays.

The VDS units have two installation options. For tarmac or other suitable surfaces they may be drilled and recessed into the car park surface. For other applications such as paved or concrete surfaces they may be mounted on top of the ground with an anti-trip collar surround for high visibility and added stability.
Each parking bay is constantly monitored by the VDS units which in turn updates the sign guidance system as to each parking bays status – vacant or occupied.
The Smartspace guidance system is designed to allow regulatory authorities and retail parking operators to maximise their parking occupancy while reducing congestion. |

Kingspan Waste Management
Our sister company Kingspan Waste are a registered waste carrier and own and manage their own licensed waste transfer station in accordance with Local Authorities, Environment Agency and License conditions.
We can offer a skip hire and waste transfer and disposal service where we can manage the disposal of hazardous waste including chemicals and gasses, as well as commercial non-notifiable dry waste including builders waste. 95% of all hardcore and soils brought to our Transfer Station end up as road-fill or landscaping material, thus alleviating pressure on land-fill sites.
Registered under the Control of Pollution (Amendment) Act 1989, Kingspan Waste issues method statements and risk assessments for the management of waste on site, including COSHH assessments for all products used within the process. The company plays an important role working with clients to achieve and maintain ISO 14001 accreditation. At our waste transfer station we aim to recycle 90% of all waste received.
