Lyndy Redding
Having catered for private clients in Great Britain and Europe, Lyndy ran
directors' dining rooms in London and has worked in Formula One motorsport
for over 20 years, nearly all of which has been with Vodafone McLaren Mercedes.
In 1997 Ron Dennis, McLaren Group Chairman and CEO together with Lyndy
formed Absolute Taste, which has grown under Lyndy's management from providing
the hospitality for Team Vodafone McLaren Mercedes and its sponsors at
grand prix events all over the world into London's leading caterer and
event design company. Absolute Taste also has an inflight division,
providing meals on executive jets. The latest addition to the AT portfolio
is a series of high profile cafés at Chelsea Harbour, TAG Farnborough airport
and at London's Harvey Nichols. Lyndy is now
a co-owner and director of Tante Marie.

Neil Rankin
Neil graduated in 2009 and teamed up the some friends to set up a new restaurant concept - Pitt Cue - which soon became one of London's most exciting new restaurants. In December 2012, after rave reviews and even out-ranking The Fat Duck in one guide, Neil moved on to his next venture - he is now Head Chef at John Salt - another of London's moest talked about new restaurants.

James Middlehurst
After graduating from Tante Marie, James worked at Absolute Taste in London, where he cooked for the likes of David and Victoria Beckham and a variety of F1 racing drivers. His experiences gave him the skills and confidence to start up his own catering company in Surrey, Kalm Kitchen. James has now cooked for private clients who include Margaret Thatcher and Elizabeth Hurley as well as being a private chef for Rowan Atkinson and Ron Dennis. He has even cooked for the queen! Kalm Kitchen continues to grow at an impressive pace and is fast becoming one of the regions leading catering and events management companies.

Ryan Stafford
Ryan's achievements since graduating are quite spectacular. In 2009 he reached the finals of the BBC's Professional MasterChef! Ryan graduated from the Intensive Cordon Bleu
Diploma in 2007. He took a job at Gordon Ramsay's Boxwood Café before moving
on to work at Jamie OIliver's restaurant, Fifteen where he was training chefs
from under-privileged backgrounds. Ryan was then invited to help develop menus
for the new chain of restaurants, Jamies Italian, where his head chef put
him forwards as a candidate to represent the UK at the Gastronomy by the Seine
competition in Paris in July 2008. Ryan made it through to the final in Paris
where he was up against representatives from 8 other countries. He won!
Harriet Eastwood
After graduating from Tante Marie, Harriet went on to launch a career in food writing. She became the co-host of Channel 4's 'Cook Yourself Thin' in 2007 and has just released her new book, Red Velvet and Chocolate Heartache: The ultimate book of natural cakes that taste naughty.
Becky Harryman
After graduation, Becky took up a role as Head Chef at the cafe in the trendy Chelsea Design Centre - part of the Chelsea Harbour development. Becky excelled in this role, but has since moved on and is now the Head Chef at the internationally acclaimed Ottolenghi in Notting Hill.
Paul Whitbread
Paul graduated in March 2009 and bought a run down pub in the Cotswolds which he and his wife converted. The Royal Oak is fast becoming one of the regions most popular dining rooms with both tourists and locals. Paul has created a fabulous British menu and the reviews have been excellent!

Kate Titford
Kate left Tante Marie and worked for a catering company in Henley before taking a job as a Food Assistant at Prima magazine where she subsequently became Food Editor. She has now moved to Sainsbury's magazine as Food Editor.
Alex Brady
After graduating from Tante Marie, Alex took up an exciting position at Le Gavroche, working under the masterful eye of Michel Roux Jnr. This subsequently led to a role working under one of Britains most influencial chefs, Albert Roux, at his Private Member's club in London.
Alex is now a teacher at Tante Marie!
Glen Sharman
Glen graduated from Tante Marie in November 2008 and took up a position as a pastry chef at Pennyhill Park Spa and Hotel. In April 2011, Glen was awarded the Academy of Culinary Arts Awards of Excellence 2011. Former winners of this award include the likes of Anthony Demetre, Mark Sargeant, Tristan Welch and many more of the industries leading chefs, and Glen is still just 19 years old! Incredible!
Jennifer Smith
Since leaving Tante Marie Jennifer has set up a guest house in Morocco
called Dar Roumana where she is also running cookery classes. Dar Roumana
has been recommended by the Lonely Planet guides as one of Morocco’s
leading hotels.

Holly Fisher
After leaving Tante Marie completed a ski season with Ski Scott Dunn, before teaming up with best friend Philippa Eyles to set up Ski Fish and Pips. The pair now manage 6 exclusive private chalets in Meribel and employ a small army of fantastic chefs and hosts. In 2010, Ski Fish and Pips was voted as The Times Chalet Chefs of the Year, and have now opened 3 stunning chalets in Val D'Isere!

Danielle Proctor
Danielle’s association with Tante Marie did not end when she graduated.
She now works for Sauce Communications – the PR company who handle
all the public relations needs for Gordon Ramsay Holdings, Absolute Taste, and a number of the industries top chefs. In addition to this, she now does PR for Tante Marie. She is a busy girl!

John Hodgson
John graduated in July 2009 and has set up a successful restaurant in Dartmouth called Annabelles Kitchen. They recently won Silver at the Taste of the West Restaurant Awards and while the restaurant is small, with just 12 tables, it packs a huge punch! John is earning an impressive reputation amongst the regions food critics and the restaurant is extremely busy!

Jamie Landale
Jamie set up a Catering Company in Scotland called Wild Thyme that recently
won the Scottish Independent Caterer of the Year Award. It is a huge success
and has become one of Scotland’s foremost catering companies winning
a number of awards including Outdoor Caterer of the Year in 2008

Sara Cowie
Sara now lives in Sydney. After leaving Tante Marie, she set up a successful
business in East Grinstead called Sara’s Pantry and the Coffee Pot
over 9 years, before emigrating on the strength of her Tante Marie qualification.
She now runs one of Australia’s leading Cake Decorating businesses,
has won the New South Wales Annual Bridal Industry Awards several times,
and been a finalist all other years.
Lizzie Kennedy (nee Heron)
Lizzie graduated from Tante Marie as top student and earned a Distinction in both Practical Cookery and the Theory of cookery. In 2002 she set up Northern Ireland's first ever cookery school. The latest incarnation of this is Lizzie's Kitchen, which is a thriving success.
