Neil is Citicourt's Head of Asset Management. He joined in 2003 with a 20 year track record at Cluttons where he had served as a Partner for the previous 15 years. Formerly Neil was with Debenham Tewson & Chinnocks in London's West End and Stimpson Lock & Vince in Watford. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1985 after obtaining a degree in Estate Management.
At Cluttons Neil gained valuable experience in UK commercial property across the UK on behalf of a large number of institutions, private clients and public companies. In 1987 he established the firm's Landlord and Tenant Department and in 1996 was appointed Account Executive Partner to the Wellcome Trust, following its acquisition of the South Kensington Estate from Henry Smiths Charity for £580 million.
At Citicourt Neil's responsibilities extend to the oversight of all aspects of Estate Management of our various property ownerships and the development and implementation of asset management strategies to maximise investor returns.
