YEAR 2000 INFORMATION AND READINESS DISCLOSURE ACT, 1998

 
ESSP designates this year 2000 statement as a Year 2000 Disclosure under the Year 2000 Information and Readiness Disclosure Act of 1998, a U.S. statute enacted on October 19, 1998 (the "Act"). Information contained in ESSP's past and present year 2000 letters regarding services offered by ESSP are "Year 2000 Readiness Disclosures" under the Act.

"Statements made to you in the course of this sale are subject to the Year 2000 Information and Disclosure Act (Public Law 105-271, 112 Stat. 2386). In the case of a dispute, this Act may reduce your legal rights regarding the use of such statements, unless otherwise specified by your contract or tariff."
