Providing a air conditioning maintenance quotation

When we quote for air conditioning maintenance contracts we will need the you to provide the following information:-

• How many indoor units do you have?
• Are all the indoor units on the same floor?
• How many outdoor units do you have (please note we can work out how many systems you have by having this information?)
• Are any of the units currently not working or functioning properly?
• What manufacturing brand are they?
• Are they wall mounted or ceiling (cassette mounted)
• Are any of your units in a server room?

Things you need to be aware of

If your air conditioning are situated on spate floors.

If air con units are in areas where access needs to be gained out of hours

Server rooms air conditioning systems are normally used continuously. We therefore recommend our mission critical service (four times yearly.)

Due to working at height regulation we may require health and safety equipment, which is chargeable.

If your air conditioning unit contains R22 gas, then we won't be able to carry out a full service as this gas has been banned.

If you air conditioning unit isn't working properly or has a fault, then we won't be able to carry out a full service. We would quote for the unit to be repaired before a service is carried out.
