Air Conditioning Maintenance

Air Conditioning Services

We offer three different air conditioning maintenance packages. However we realise that every customer has different needs. So if you would like us to put together a bespoke package just let us know.

We work with all types of sectors including offices, IT departments retail and restaurants.

Scheduled Pay As You Go - One minor service. This service is great for people who don't want a contract, but still require a service to cover them for the F gas regulations.

Scheduled Standard Service - Includes two services per year, one minor and one major service. This service enables customers to schedule their maintenance, giving the unit better reliability. The standard service gives better value for money than the pay as you go services.

Scheduled Mission Critical - This service is aimed at customers who rely on their air conditioning for business support, for example server rooms. The service includes 4 services per year, two minor and two major services

Contract lasts for one year, a site survey maybe required before contract is issued.

Our servicing is carried out in accordance with HVCA guidelines. What is carried out in each service is shown below. The asterisks shown are additional works carried out on the major service.
