Part of series I am working on about the influence of man on the landscape for both good and ill. The land here in Umbria has been worked by humans for thousands of years and I am exploring in this series not only primative beginnings of man's influence but his impact now which is sometimes great but at others belittled by the weather and natural calamity. This monotype printed in two passes through the press and is printed on cream paper. There are 2 contra prints also available printed on tissue paper.
