All prices include a Welcome Pack, Bed Linen, Towels and electricity.
Please note that our rates are based on a per person, per night rate for a max of 12 people. Any additional persons will be charged at the same rate. Babies excluded. Low Season = £10 pppn (N/D/J/F/M, exc school hols). Med - Low season = £12.50 pppn (A/M/Oct). Medium = £15 pppn (June, Sept and school hols). High = £20 pppn (July and August). BOOKING FEE - La Petite Grange and La Grange = £100 non returnalbe deposit. La Belle Grange = £200 deposit. If you would like to book all 3 gites, we will require a 50% deposit on booking, with the balance to be paid 12 weeks prior to the holiday start date. BREAKABLES DEPOSIT - A breakables deposit of £250 (Les Granges), £100 (individual gites) is due with the final payment and will be returned, subject to no damages, within 14 days of the departure date. CLEANING FEE - An end of stay cleaning fee is payable with the final balance and will be used if the property has not been cleaned. If you chose to do the end of stay clean yourself on departure, the cleaning fee will be refunded with your deposit. Les Granges = £150, La Belle Grange = £100, La Grange = £75 and La Petite Grange = £60. May to October bookings include electric and bed linen. Towels available at additional charge. November to April bookings exclude electric and will be charged at cost. Preferred method of payment is by Credit/Debit Card via Paypal (15€ surcharge added), although we can accept pounds sterling paid direct into a UK bank. Please contact us for details.

Les Granges are avaible to rent individually or as a whole and are able to sleep up to 16 people, please contact us for further details, prices and bookings here.
You may want to take advantage of a good meal upon your arrival, great for guests arriving late. Prices start from 20€ per head for a four course meal with wine and coffee, ready and prepared for your arrival in your gite. Inform Sharon of your requirements.
