La Belle Grange

Ideally suited for two people. Once an old hay barn, La Petite Grange is a one bedroom, newly renovated Gite, set over two floors.

Ideally suited for up to five people, La Grange has a wealth of charm with exposed beams and stonework and quarry tiled floors.

Our recent renovation La Belle Grange is our most spacious gite and is ideal for 2 families or one large family wanting some space.

This accommodation has a wealth of charm with exposed beams and stonework.

The open plan ground floor has a well-equipped lounge with a TV (English and French channels), DVD/CD player and the kitchen and dining area has a fridge, electric cooker/oven and microwave. The first floor has a double bedroom and a shower room. The Gite has electric heating throughout.

La Petite Grange has a private terrace with a barbeque and private parking.

You may want to take advantage of a good meal upon your arrival, great for guests arriving late. Prices start from 20€ per head for a four course meal with wine and coffee, ready and prepared for your arrival in your gite. Inform Sharon of your requirements.

There is a main reception area for all guests to enjoy. Providing you with a play area for the children with various toys, games and books available, along with plenty of information regarding the local area, including maps.

The south facing and sun drenched gardens overlooking the Pyrénées are there for everyone to enjoy. There is a trampoline, with safety net and children’s swings and slides.

The sundeck and pool area is shared with the owner and other guests and it offers a perfect suntrap with uninterrupted views of the mountains, Heaven! The gardens measure 2500 sq m with a 60 sq m pool deck and 9.5m x 4.5m pool. The pool is secured with fencing and has a depth of 1.2 m, which will re-assure parents.

There is a laundry room, which you are welcome to use. The room has a washing machine and tumble drier, although we do like to encourage our guests to make use of the sunshine and use the outside drying facility!

All guests have access to the large enclosed gardens, sundeck and pool.

The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom is furnished with 2 single sleigh beds. A further cot and/or single fold-up bed is available for families of five. There is a bathroom with bath/shower above and WC. There is electric heating.

A private balcony leads out from the lounge area providing guests with stunning views of the Pyrénées. There is private parking.

There is an open plan kitchen and dining area which has a very practical work island dividing the two. There is an electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a lounge area with TV (English and French channels)and DVD/CD player.

Also on the ground floor is a separate WC and a double bedroom with en suite shower room/WC. The bedroom has french doors leading out onto the private terrace.

The first floor has 2 further bedrooms, one double room and one family room having twin beds and a double sofabed. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower above, basin and WC.
