 In
the early fifties we opened our London showroom and offices in Charlwood
Street, off Vauxhall Bridge Road, Victoria and used this base to
gain a foothold into the London and Home Counties market, supplying
banks, factories and department stores.
A move to new premises in Lambeth followed and in 1979 we acquired
our Thornton Heath Offices.
 The
eighties saw a continued programme of expansion and investment at
Thornton Heath and Brighton, with both gaining new storage facilities.
Increased demand meant that we had to respond quickly to the
needs and wants or our customers and it was important to maintain
stocks of our ever-growing range of luminaires to satisfy these requirements.
 Then
came the nineties and with it increased competition and fresh challenges.
All the while we focused on our core aims of quality and customer
service. Increasingly, we were being asked to provide bespoke and
special work and we found ourselves working closely alongside our
clients and going the extra mile to deliver a product to their exact
specification.
 Even
though trends have changed and technology and ideas have moved on,
the commitment to providing quality products and great customer service
is still with us. With this website, we hope that we can show a little
