Gap Year Courses

If you are considering taking a year out before university, our Level 4 Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts might benefit your university application next year, however if you would prefer a shorter course that will enable you to earn money whilst travelling abroad, cook amazing meals for your friends, and learn a valuable skill that will be with you for life, then our shorter courses are an exciting and fun way of starting your year out!

These courses are still taught by our team of experienced chefs and teachers, and our graduates are in high demand from some of the worlds leading ski chalet and yachting agencies.

Class sizes never exceed 10 students per group and the focus is on learning core skills, and having fun along the way!

"...the skills taught by Tante Marie are ideal for our working environment i.e. an up-market chalet operator employing well-honed dinner party cooks (who, equally important, are also sensible,
well-rounded individuals with a strong work ethic and ability to 'last the pace' over a long & tiring season)."
