Duration: One Day Aims: This course is designed to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills needed to use the facilities of Microsoft Outlook. In particular, delegates will learn how to send and receive mail, use the calendar, plan meetings, create and maintain contacts, use the task list, work with notes and collaborate with others. Prerequisites: Delegates must be competent in using a keyboard and mouse and be familiar with the Windows interface. It is an advantage to have attended the Apt Training PCs & Windows course. No prior knowledge of Outlook is required.Introduction
