Our Diploma course is offered either over two terms or three depending on the level of previous cookery experience, with both courses offering the same, internationally acclaimed qualifications, but allowing each individual the best opportunity to progress at pace with which they are comfortable.
The three term Cordon Bleu Diploma (for those with little or no previous cookery experience) starting every September.
