How many offices do you have and where are they located?
We currently have 2 offices. Our main office is located in the Lewes Road area of Brighton covering the Hanover, Southover, Hartington Road, Roundhill Crescent, the Level and Bear and Road areas of Brighton. Our second office is located in Woodingdean, and covers North & South Woodingdean, Ovingdean & Rottingdean.

Maslen Estate Agents are really known for its residential sales capabilities - what other services do you offer?
Residential Sales are our primary focus. However, we also provide Independent Financial Advice having access to the whole mortgage market along with life cover, pensions and investments. We are also able to provide marketing advice and tips relating to the sales process.

Do you have any plans to open offices in other parts of Brighton & Hove?
We have completed the purchase of two Freehold office buildings in the Brighton & Hove area, and we plan to open these in early 2008.

Do you operate on a Franchise system?
No. We are one company working with one Director, David Maslen, and all of the team reports directly to David. In this way we can ensure we maintain the high standards for which we are known.
