International Sculpture
The reason for having the two categories of public
art and international sculpture is because the approaches
to the photographs have been rather different.

are supposed to be an exploration of the intent
of the piece, less to do with any public awareness
that it might have
The statue in memory of the Russian Tsar, Alexander II, in
Senate Square, Helsinki, Finland. Alexander II was unusual
for the Tsars in that he allowed greater freedoms for some
of the countries he controlled, especially Finland and so his
1897 statue was allowed to remain following independence
from Russia in 1917. Alexander had been assassinated
in 1881
