Identified a need for an integrated Performance Management Culture across various divisions of a European Service Organisation. Developed and delivered a development programme for those managers with direct reports to manage performance in a consistent manner.

Worked with a HR department within an academic environment to develop the HR strategy and service provision. This was to add a strategic HR element to an existing personnel function.

Supported a HR department, within a semi-state body, to undertake a Quality Assurance audit

Facilitated a Board Team of a Distribution organisation to develop the mission, vision and values and how to work more effectively together.

Facilitated a Leadership in Transition initiative for an organisation immediately prior to and after a take over situation. This initiative was designed to support individuals through the change process and keep their focus upon the business

Developed a Business Leadership Programme for the senior managers of the European HQ for a major Multi-National. The aim of this programme was to realise the leadership potential within the organisation and adopt a more collaborative approach across Europe.

Management Development

Developed and delivered a series of modules for Team Leaders, within a multi-cultural call centre environment. These modules include Leadership, Influencing and Creativity.

Designed and deliver Personal Effectiveness programmes across Europe for a Pharmaceutical Research Consultancy.

Facilitated the Senior Executive Group of a major UK Theatre Group to develop their leadership skills and abilities.

Identified career development aspirations amongst managers and designed a self-directed career development programme

Coached senior executives on an individual basis to achieve personal and professional objectives.

Psychometric Profiling

Designed and managed an assessment programme for the selection of a Head of School within an Irish Institute of Technology. This involved, case study work, presentation, psychometric instruments and interview.

Designed and managed an assessment programme for the selection of a Training and Development Officer and an HR manager within an Irish University. This involved, case study work, presentation, psychometric instruments and interview.

Researched the instruments available and selected a range of career development assessment instruments for use within a multi-national organisation for a Career Development Programme as part of a Talent Management Intervention

Interpreted and gave feedback to internal candidates using OPQ 32 following a selection process for a Housing Association.
