The reasons for taking any photograph are many and
various and sometimes something about a photograph
can make it one of the photographer's favourites.
Many times it is the memories associated, but occasionally
it can be because something has happened with the
photograph since then
In the rainforest (more geography) the vegetation is rich and
the light levels are low. Humidity is high and rainfall amounts
are also high, cameras need to have their own little cupboards
to keep dry and reduce the risk of the water getting into them.
The tree with many 'feet' is a walking palm, it puts down new
strands towards the lighter areas to allow the tree to move
itself towards the light away from its competitors
